what to eat

Keeping this here so I have it down somewhere, though youre all welcome to use it too

Breakfast:
1 scoop of eggs
an apple or orange
oatmeal****/potatoes (1/2 scoop)
1 cup milkĀ 

Lunch:
fruit

Dinner:
half cup of rice
7-8 ounces of chicken
salad
1 cup milk

to anyone reading this: feel free to have a cookie with dinner or more eggs with breakfast, etc. just dont be a dumbass about it.
