two weeks, no weight lost
very poor eating decisions, ranging from a pulled pork sandwich after clam chowder, to two quesadillas, two cups of ramen, and several shots between 10 and 2 last night, to way too much pizza and pasta at uno’s
i want to lose 2 pounds this week
needless to say, i wont be treating myself to anything, i wont be taking seconds, and i wont be eating past 9.
Anyone have any good/fun work out ideas?
ALSO IF YOU GO TO NORTHEASTERN AND WANT TO SPAR LET ME KNOW OKAY?
